Where can I purchase your range from?

You can purchase our range from various retail outlets. Click here to find the store closest to you.

Please note only Wholesale Buyers can order stock from the Online Store.

 

Why can't I login to the Wholesale Online Store?

Only registered retail stores can order from the Wholesale Online Store. If you are not a registered store, and would like to become a supplier of our range then please Contact Us and ask for us to re-send you certificate of registraion to your email address.

 

I've lost my username/passsword! Could you please help me retrieve it?

If you have lost your password, please find your Certificate of Registration. Your username/password will be printed in red. If you have lost your Certificate of Registration, then Contact Us.

 

I'm inside the store. How do I place an order?

Browsing our range and placing an order is very easy. On the left hand side of the Online Store there is a menu, with all of the different categories of clothing. There may be several pages of clothing within each category. If you would like to order some Shirts, simply click Shirts. The range of Shirts will then be displayed, and there may be another page of shirts that you can access by clicking Next Page (at the bottom of page).

Once you click on a garment, it will show you the sizes and colours available. To make an order, simply type the number of Shirts you would like to order in the corresponding table.

For example if you would like to order a quantity of 6, light blue Shirts in size 10, then you would type a 6 next to the light blue box. You can order several different colours and sizes at the same time, just fill in the blanks. Then simply click "Add Item To Order".

You will then be shown a summary of your item. At the bottom you can select "Continue Shopping" to choose more garments. Each time you add garments to the order, you will be shown a new summary of your order. When you are satisfied with your selection then confirm your order by selecting "Confirm Order".

Fill out your details in the next page and the select "Submit Details". You can then do a final check of your order and contact details. Then select "Confirm Order" (in red) and your order will be sent to our head office.

Your order is then processed and the stock will be sent to your store, along with an invoice.

 

I've made a mistake! I don't want to order these garments. What do I do?

You can cancel your order at any time. By selecting "View Order" and then selecting "Cancel Order".

 

How will I know when your new range is ready for ordering?

To keep up with the latest Michael Ridley Range, subscribe to our mailing list here. We don't give your email to any other company, label, or network. Your email address is kept private (see Privacy) and we will only send you news related to our brand.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (Eastern Australian Standard Time, +10 GMT).
